Patrick Ferron is an energy and electrical engineer with a passion for advancing technology and sustainability. He earned his PhD in energy engineering from the University of North Dakota and holds a Master of Science in electrical engineering from The George Washington University, School of Engineering and Applied Science.
As the CEO of Renstor Power, Patrick leads with a vision of innovation and excellence in renewable energy and energy storage solutions. With extensive expertise in electrical power systems, he has been at the forefront of designing, engineering, constructing, and maintaining state-of-the-art renewable energy infrastructures. His work in energy storage systems and IoT network management demonstrates his commitment to leveraging technology for a more
efficient and sustainable future. In addition to his contributions to the energy sector, Patrick has significant experience in
telecommunications networks. He has collaborated with major financial institutions and leading network equipment vendors to deploy robust optical fiber networks connecting data centers
nationally and internationally. Patrick's dynamic leadership and technical expertise continue to drive transformative
advancements across industries, shaping a smarter and more connected world.

Carla Taylor is an experienced operations leader and project management professional with a proven track record of driving operational strategy, optimizing workflows, and overseeing complex, multi-phase projects within fast-paced, evolving industries. As Chief Operating Officer at Renstor Power, Carla leads the operational execution of renewable energy initiatives, including solar infrastructure and lithium-ion battery storage deployment projects.

Friedorique Nonga

Friedorique NONGA is an international attorney, social impact leader, and co-founder of Renstor Power, whose aim is to deliver high-end, locally adapted solutions to underserved regions. She is also the founder of Sayap Africa, an organization operating across 16 African countries to catalyze progress in education, health, energy, governance, and gender equity. Trained on three continents, Friedorique brings a uniquely global legal perspective grounded in practical experience and deep community engagement.
A passionate advocate for African-led development, Friedorique has worked at the intersection of law, policy, and innovation to advance sustainable solutions across sectors. A commitment to justice, dignity, and African self-determination defines Friedorique’s work.
